Our Facilities and
Capabilities PartTec's Manufacturing Center, located in Linton, Indiana, produces all of the neutron detectors for the Spallation Neutron Source's POWGEN3 Powder Diffactometer and the VULCAN Engineering Diffractometer. The facility has also built Linear Position Sensitive Detectors for the Rhode Island Nuclear Science Center and calibrated, tested and installed components on circuit boards used in several types of detectors at the Spallation Neutron Source and the Notre Dame Radiation Laboratory.
